General condition of charter
• Rates do not include for the both categories: meals and liguor, passengers' personal laundry, Corinth canal dues (if used), and fuel.
• The reservation of the yacht becomes final only upon receipt of the signed agreement together with the necessary deposit.
• The charter agreement form used bears the official approval of the National Tourist marine and affords Fullest possible protection to the charterer.
• In order to charter a bare boat one of the charterers must hold a skipper license or certificate from recognized yacht club or government authority vouching for his qualification and one of his crew must have sailing experience, or sailing license.
• On bare boats the checking in and the checking out of the yachts is done by an experienced person together with the skipper/charterer in according to the inventory list.
• The charterer of a bare boat is required to place a deposit which is full and immediately refundable at the end of the charter to cover the deductible of the insurance.
• All the yachts are fully insured and are inspected every year by the Hellenic Register of Shipping.
• The bare boat boats are provided to the charterer fully equipped with safety and navigation gear as well as cooking and eating utensils and linen, also thoroughly cleaned.
• On the bare boats the charterer pays fuel, water, cooking gas and other provisions. Fuel water and cooking gas tanks will be full upon embarkation.
