What's my role in society?
I'm an active member of Polish RP Society, which is young association. We don't have any youth group and our society has only 200 members. But I must proudly admit that we are increasing. I've joined my Polish RP Society in april 2000 a.d. I was not active person. I was happy that there were people, who were doing everything for me and others "RPies". Biiiip! That was wrong. That was too easy. I realized that I should do something for this few active persons in society. They became my good friends.
After I got back from meeting in Athens, I've started writing to our magazine "RETINA". I've also took new obligations conected with REY. Now I'm very happy that I can take part in this undertaking.
Who am I?
I'm a man with RP. Long time ago, when I was 3 years old, I was blind. The doctors in Paris made me see. But then, when I was seven, they discovered RP in my eyes. I don't see anything when it's dark and I have tunnel vision (8%). Disease is not moving- that's great luck. I've never felt like handicup. I was walking to normal school, I'm skiing, dancing, bicycling, playing table tennis, playing volleyball, meeting friends, love my girl... That's all me. Next school year I'll try to get study journalism. If I pass the exams, of course. Than I'll look for job. I think that I'll always have a time for my friends from Retina Euro Youth.
